Exclusively Heritage

In recent years, more people have been diagnosed with celiac disease and other dietary intolerances and sensitivities. As such, wheat has become a symbol of gastrointestinal distress. Our sourdough uses ONLY organic heritage grains from local farmers and mills that are better for you, and many people find them to be more digestible than modern hybridized wheat. Our sourdough starter comes from the Italian countryside, where it had already been providing wonderful loaves of bread for over 100 years.
